Green Home Limited specialise in the construction management of medium to large construction projects, both single residential and multiple mixed residential/commercial/industrial units.

We are currently involved in the management of large, multi-million pound projects in Ashford, Kent; Watford, Herts; Kentish Town, London and Wembley, Middlesex

Past projects have included the management of high value, specialist single homes on behalf of the owner/occupier in such locations as Hampstead, Radlett and Brookmans Park. These projects usually comprise architect designed buildings with in-home entertainment systems, lifts, specialist environmentally-friendly equipment such as solar panels, rain harvesters, etc. and other high-tech installations.

Green Home Limited also manages larger mixed use developments on behalf of clients, bringing these developments to successful completion. Typically this management includes: -

1. The appointment of the architect, structural engineer and other consultants.

2. The selection of a main contractor, or a number of works contractors.

3. The provision of the site management team.

4. The administration of cost control and programming.

5. Liaison with all interested parties, including any Housing Association involved.

Another service we are able to offer is the management of projects that require troubleshooting, such as those that are under-performing, or where the contractor has gone into liquidation, or administration.

We have successfully completed a number of such troubled projects on behalf of clients and whilst it is difficult to complete works within the original time scale and budget, our clients have always been very satisfied with the results we have been able to achieve on their behalf.
